As some of you are aware, I recently bought a Saab Sonett with a bad frame. I have plans to stuff portions of a Miata under it, but at the moment school and money limit my ability to actually doing anything to it. Recently I've been entertaining myself by trying to come up with a cool symbol (and name) that mixes the two. Any ideas?
These thoughts were inspired at least partially by the Saab/Subaru rally pig (9-2x)

Miaaba
The Sonett II and the NA Miata both share big, round headlights - might be something to work with.
I've always liked the "horse and rider" imagery that Mazda talks about with the Miata...
They're both all about being lightweight - a feather?

Maybe the 1962 Mazda emblem turned 90 degrees clockwise and the letters a-a-b after it?

Let's take that a step farther:
Mazda emblems become spinning Saab props.
